0:27 Hey hey, another what I eat in a day video. It's 6 a.m. right now. I've got around 300 grams of veal liver, as usual. Raw butter from France. It's over 5 euros each. I usually get another one, but I didn't have it this time. Raw milk. I didn't drink it for months, but I got used to it again in the United States, so now I do sometimes. I don't use a lot of the honey, tiny amounts with the milk.

1:44 This is the best.

1:51 I couldn't live without liver at this point. I'm so used to it.

2:05 As I've said before, if you want to get into liver, try veal liver. From a good source, it really makes a difference. I ate some of the best meat ever in Kentucky and realized even more how important it is that the animals are healthy, that the soil is good and so on.

2:52 Derek said that he eats the liver of the animals first and then he can see if they are healthy otherwise he may as well throw away the whole animal and if you eat liver for the first time and you get an unhealthy animal then it will not taste well and of course you will miss out because really you just got an unhealthy animal

3:44 Last piece.

3:50 Tiny piece.

4:03 This is about the best break fast ever.

4:11 This is how I eat the honey.

4:15 That's it.

4:21 I feel like it's a great combination with the milk, but eating a lot of it is too much.

4:39 I'll finish the milk and then I'll eat again in a few hours. See you then.

4:58 It's 10.30 a.m. I'm gonna eat some chicken wings. It's probably some grain fed shit, but what can you do? And you gotta imagine that you're eating the chicken alive when you eat them.

5:14 Then it tastes best.

5:21 Lately I've been craving chicken more than usual. I eat it twice a week.

5:36 The skin and the bone marrow, that's the best part.

5:51 great stuff that's pretty much it I've got five bones I'll open them home with a hammer I would do it here with a stone but this is a man-made part and I've got some cucumber orange juice it's mostly cucumber I made it myself because I don't drink water

6:25 What's up? It's 1.30 p.m. I've got some oysters here. I bought 10 yesterday, got 5 left. I try to eat them once, twice a week.

[video] 6:39 Until a few years ago, people were still a little afraid of eggs because it contained cholesterol and it was mistakenly said that one should reduce cholesterol and egg consumption. That has now been rejected again. The DGE also recommends not to reduce the consumption of eggs anymore, but quite the opposite, the public institutions and also the science goes to show that eggs have no negative effects. In this study, the whole thing was examined, namely by half a million people over several years in China, where they looked at whether the consumption of eggs now has negative effects on your cardiovascular risk. And it is very clear that a daily consumption of eggs is associated with a lower risk. This means that a daily consumption of eggs can protect you from getting heart attacks or something like that. The whole thing is justified by the fact that the HDL is increased, that we are more saturated, that we have less blood sugar levels and so on and so forth.

[video] 7:38 Also carotenoids, which are significantly more bioavailable from the egg, and then of course provide corresponding positive benefits. Of course, there are also some negative correlations with the egg, whereby one should take into account that in these studies mostly egg consumption is counted when this egg is processed, for example in pasta, in cakes or in other very sweet Lobster and oysters. Best food ever. Wow.

[video] 8:30 this is obviously very simple but i'll show you anyway if you get a healthy animal always go for the bone arrow easy

9:02 If an animal is sick, some of the worst shit is gonna be in the bone marrow. So really make sure that the animal is healthy. It's been one hour since the oysters. I'm gonna eat steak tartare now. Six eggs.

[video] 9:22 Hey, stop!

[video] 9:34 Hey, get good. Get outside. I want him out. Get out!

9:44 I need some butter.

9:50 Stop. Come here. Come here. Oh, boy. It's not going to work. All right, it's good. Good. It's good. It's jacked up. OK. Come here.

[video] 10:00 Come here, champ.

10:04 It's the end of the day. I've got some ground meat here. This much. Raw milk which I will finish. And the French butter.

10:16 That will most likely be enough for today. Maybe I'll eat something more when I get back home. But probably not.

10:29 Thanks for watching everybody.

10:38 Thank you.
