[video] 0:18 in this video i'm going to buy and try cheapest russian groceries possible and for that let's go to the typical russian supermarket usually normal people would not buy this kind of food but if you really broke in russia you still can afford it so let's go guys i'm going to buy food from only one very legendary but very hardcore discounted russian food brand it's called every day in russia we pronounce it as but if you would eat this food every day i honestly don't know what's going to happen to you that's funny because she shows the bread

0:57 which is essentially the unhealthiest food that is sold in supermarkets. Technically, of course, there's also actually inedible items in supermarkets. But when it comes to everyday food that people buy, bread is really the worst.

[video] 1:16 Let's go, and I just came to Auchan supermarket. It's pretty cheap supermarket, and Auchan is a European brand, and despite sanctions, is still open in Russia. You will be shocked with the price. So this is high category of eggs, CEO, and it's brand every day. It costs only $1, and the cheapest eggs here at this supermarket, only 50 cents, guys. This is how it look inside. Oh, it's very normal, by the way. So maybe I should get this one.

We went to the bakery, and I think that it cost too much. Then we found another place. We bought it in a store and there was plastic around it. We ripped off the plastic, brought it back to the school and kept like 50 cents. We simply split it. That was a lot of money at the time for us as children, meaning that we basically scammed the school. We gave them the store bread and pretended as if it comes from the bakery. This just really reminds me of it. That's exactly how it looked like. And it was really tough, hard. It was so horrible.

And that's why, as she said, she was eating this kind of food when she was studying. That's why people who don't have a lot of money, not as if anybody actually has it as such, seeing as it doesn't exist but you understand what I mean, rely on all of this to somehow survive. And you can somewhat survive, but... you will have stomach issues, you will never actually feel satiated, and if you would only eat this for years, then you would get really sick.

This is fish caviar. in a sauce looks very strange so i will take it i can make a sandwich it did look really strange with a caviar and gulag bread the brand was launched the gulag bread man she's funny Almost everything is wrapped in plastic or it's inside of metal cans. It's obviously not good for you.

[video] 9:19 brand the packaging is ultra basic the design is very simple and marketing is kept down it's all to keep the price very low if there is everything from everyday brand there should be a coca-cola and yes i found it and i'm getting it poverty coca-cola it cost literally 30 cents be scary because it is not even dark as it is supposed to be it's very transparent my cart right now looks like a complete uh crisis there are not only food from this brand but also some household things so this is one cent toilet paper i need to find something for my crazy poor dessert this is cash the day in chocolate alonka chocolate is good but we are choosing everyday brand today This is white chocolate and they have brown.

10:05 I don't think it's going to be... Again, same thing. Chocolate is made out of poisonous seeds. That's why they add the milk and the sugar to it. It's the same with coffee. Coffee is made out of the powder, usually, of poisonous seeds. And that's why people add milk and sugar, cream. It's always the same. It's all about feeding the masses with poisonous seeds and then masking the taste with something else. That's what's going on today. That's why I wanted to review this video. I just really need to point it out because people just don't get it.

They want you to eat waffles, cookies, pasta, bread, pastries and whatnot, and they want you to think that it's different kind of foods. In reality, it's not even food at all. Seeds are not food. Not for humans. And because there's different kinds of additives, different flavors, and different forms, you believe that you're eating different kind of food. It's all the same. Yes, they use different seeds, but they are all poisonous. They all destroy your gut. They will all make you sick.

I don't know if you like buckwheat or not, but as a Russian, I can confirm is that it tastes like overcooked buckwheat that stayed in the fridge for three days. Again, you can eat it, but you will not enjoy it. The egg is pretty normal, but it has less taste than usual. Let's finally try something fun. Let's start with this cheese chips.

[video] 19:47 Oh, my God. It doesn't smell like chips. Like, it doesn't smell like food. What is this even? Is it potato chips? It doesn't look like it. It has nothing to do with real delicious potato chips. It's just some sort of crunchy material with slight cheesecake.

20:08 The potato chips are also fried in seed oils, sunflower oil for example. Really, really bad for you. If you eat any of this in your everyday life, then expect to have heart disease, a stroke, really anything you can imagine, because consuming seeds and seed oils is a death sentence essentially.

22:22 It was interesting to see the Russian side, but when it comes to poverty foods, then you will never see any actual real differences anywhere on earth and that's because they want the masses to eat seeds, seed products or foods cooked in seed oils. People nowadays even cook their meat in seed oils at home. Seeds are subsidized by all of the governments. They are easy to harvest because of the modern machines that humans created. In nature, you would never do that. Would you go around picking little seeds? from flowers, plants? No, because even if you would try one of them, then you would right away taste that they are bitter, which means that they are toxic, and then you would spit them out. There are no pans or pots in nature.

23:21 There would be no way to cook them. And you wouldn't cook them anyway because all that you would have in the end would be water with a toxic substance inside. The seeds of today are cultivated. They are not as bitter. They are not actually edible in their raw, natural state. And that's why people create all of these dishes. They eat noodles with cheese, some kind of a sauce and maybe also some meat. They are programmed to eat real foods together with grain sludge. The cookies, pastries, are the same except that you add sugar and other sweet ingredients to the grain sludge.
