0:00 Hey guys, as requested I'm gonna review the latest video by Will Tenis and it's called I tried world's healthiest diet for a week So the other day I was watching this show called live to a hundred basically about places around the world where I saw this I almost threw up It was unbearable I only watched The first episode and then half of the second one, because I couldn't take it anymore, they lied so incredibly much. In the first episode about Okinawa, they didn't even show what the people there eat, because the Okinawans are known to eat over 90% animal foods. They eat almost only pork, they cook everything in lard, and then they also eat raw fish and raw goat meat. None of that was shown. Instead, they only showed a table of the food they wanted to present. You would think that in a show like that they would be showing what all of these centenarians eat in a day. How nobody found it suspicious is just mind-boggling.

0:59 And they also don't exercise whatsoever, that's the reason. They live so long because they eat over 90% animal foods and don't exercise whatsoever.

[video] 1:07 Alright, he is showing meat, that's pretty cool.

[video] 1:20 My diet isn't the worst, but it's far from Ramiro's. So for the next seven days, I'm going to be eating all natural. We have spawned at Whole Foods. Nothing organic about the way they empty my wallet, but definitely not necessary for the grocery haul. But just given the theme of the video, it just feels right. Let's go.

1:33 Nice geoengineering in the sky.

[video] 1:35 For this grocery haul, I only have one rule. It needs to be one ingredient. No, that doesn't mean sugar counts, goofballs. It has to be foods that come naturally from the Earth. Over $20 for this tiny piece of steak. Were these cows fed from the Garden of Eden?

1:45 What the f- I then went on to grab some salmon, chicken breast- You can't actually get natural food from Whole Foods or any supermarket, obviously, but the meat there is really not that bad. I've eaten a lot of it raw and I never had any problems.

[video] 1:58 ...meats and eggs. $8.99 for a dozen eggs. I have to be lower on the food chain than I thought I was. Like... None of these exist in nature, so for you to say that you're gonna be eating naturally makes zero sense. What was that?

2:08 Ugh.

[video] 2:33 I've been looking everywhere for a snack, and you know what? I feel like I have a better chance of finding a snack at the pet store across the street than I do here. It's actually insane. It's really eye-opening, to be honest.

2:42 Wow. Your eyes are wide shut.

[video] 2:47 Excuse me, sir. Do you guys have any all-natural snacks?

2:52 All these snacks are like that. Oh, they are?

[video] 2:54 Yeah.

2:55 Man, why do they throw the word natural around like that? It doesn't have any meaning anymore.

[video] 3:01 Okay. So apparently this entire wall is all natural, so you think.

3:07 What is natural about it? Oh my god. Natural means that it has been untouched by human beings. That's literally the definition of natural. Anything that's man-made is automatically unnatural. None of this exists like that in nature.

[video] 3:23 Look at the fronts. It looks pretty good. Then you read the back, and I'm pretty sure that mother nature did not grow maltodextrin and citric acid on trees. You know what I mean? This is just all nice marketing. Honestly, the government wants us dead by the time we're 80, and that is being generous. Even the tap water tastes artificial these days. I'm on a rant right now. I can keep on going. Meal number one already has me feeling like a health guru.

3:44 The tomatoes don't exist like that in nature, they are super small and you wouldn't even like the taste. What else do we have?

[video] 3:51 I'm actually surprised that he's eating any animal foods at all when you consider the propaganda from the TV show.

4:07 Half a Japanese sweet potato, a.k.a. The Japanese, the Okinawans specifically, where they live so long, almost never even eat any sweet potatoes. And I've talked to tons of people who actually live there, plus there's tons of researchers who have went and looked at what the Okinawans eat. And again, as I said, it's over 90% animal foods, hardly ever any vegetables, very, very few. And if, then they are fermented.

[video] 4:32 The potato of immortality. It's pretty much a staple in the Okinawan people's diet, which is one of the five blue zones in the world. It smells delicious. Absolutely not true. According to who? I can't wait to get in. Oh, man. She is sweet. I don't think I've ever had an $8.99 egg in my entire life.

[video] 4:53 Oh, my God, man. So I've been eating bottom feeders my whole life. This entire week, I am not gonna be tracking calories. I'm gonna be eating till I'm 80% full, which the Okinawan people call haorahachibu. I'm more of a stop when you feel sick kind of guy. Like gluttony is my emotional escape. So this definitely should be interesting. Day one starting weight is 198.2 pounds. Not expecting much to change in terms of my weight and physique, but I am interested to see if my energy, mood, sleep, and especially my skin will see any improvements. Since today was an off day from the gym, I decided to move my body by going for a walk. People in blue zones don't usually go to the gym for their daily exercise, but rather their activities build... Man, what is up with this guy there?

5:26 Where does he live? In Canada or what?

[video] 5:29 ...into their everyday lives through gardening, going for walks and other daily chores. So you really have to pick. Extra years or extra inches. What would you pick? Comment down below. I know what I would. I'm gonna walk by this rather quickly.

5:48 Lunch, I had ground beef, cauliflower rice, and some veggies, which was deli- Cauliflower rice, veggies, uh, why? I just don't get where he got these ideas to eat like that.

[video] 5:59 Guys, I'm hungry, and I want a snack. But I have absolutely nothing. And no, I don't want fruit. We will cut open this dragon egg another day. And don't you dare look at your top right. Don't you dare. But it seems like my only options between meals are either fruit and vegetables. It's all, it's very intense, and I definitely underestimated this challenge. Um... Yeah, it's overwhelming. It seems like if I want milk, I gotta find a cow. If I want nut milk, I gotta bust one out by hand. I think my only option is to go online and search for snack recipes and then I can make them if I want any chance of surviving this week because this is just wow.

6:29 It's no surprise that he's hungry again if he eats vegetables with rice, which doesn't have any micronutrients and hardly even any macronutrients.

[video] 6:40 Katie and I went absolutely crazy for dinner tonight. We made homemade Chipotle bowls. We got the homemade rice. Well, it's not homemade. We bought the rice with some black beans.

6:51 Where did he get this idea that you should be eating rice and black beans? Rice only has arsenic, sugar, and fiber. It's incredibly unhealthy. And black beans are even worse because they are really indigestible. It's full of anti-nutrients, sugar, and toxins again. Some indigestible protein because of the low biological value of beans. So strange.

[video] 7:15 Guacamole. We got the steak from Whole Foods, which I regret...

7:18 Yes, the steak is great. Of course, it should be raw ideally, but you didn't cook it very much. It's still red in the middle at least.

[video] 7:25 And then we also have some sauteed peppers, onions, and some broccolini.

7:30 Broccolini? Broccoli? Sulforaphane, goitrogens, it destroys your thyroid. It's super toxic. Sulforaphane is an actual very potent toxin. None of this even exists in nature except for the steak and it wouldn't be processed like that. You're eating processed steak. Oh my God. I have this chopped up tomato cilantro with some salt. All natty. Salt also doesn't exist in nature. What all natty? Oh my God. This guy is so stupid, it's unbelievable. Delicious.

[video] 8:04 I feel like my Chipotle bowl should be in a magazine, don't you think?

8:08 I really think.

8:12 Yeah, because the steak is the only good part of this stupid meal.

[video] 8:17 Is she serious? Is she that brainwashed that she doesn't eat red meat? I doubt that.

[video] 8:36 Comment down below if you've ever had salmon on a Chipotle bowl. No, not one person.

8:42 I've never had a Chipotle bowl. I don't even know what that is in my life.

[video] 8:46 You know what that means? Dessert in the Dutch oven. I taught him what that was. She did, yeah. I gave you your first Dutch oven. Yeah. After dinner, I tried the pineapple snack from Whole Foods, and for the first two seconds, it was actually pretty good. But then, it tasted like the brand relies on a perky blonde to actually get some sales. It was like they were trying to undo every donut I've ever had. So I let Katie try to confirm my...

9:06 I don't understand the point of this video. He's not even trying. 90% of what he eats is completely fake and unnatural.

[video] 9:14 ...thoughts, and she agreed. Good morning, day two. For breakfast, I'm having Japanese sweet potato, salmon and three whole eggs.

9:21 Man, the Japanese don't even eat these sweet potatoes. What is wrong with this guy? Do some kind of research before making a video.

[video] 9:28 I don't think that I've ever had a salmon filet for breakfast before.

[video] 9:33 Also, if you want to eat salmon, the Japanese would eat it raw. That salmon is probably not edible raw, but in general, if you want to eat closer to the way the Japanese eat, you need to start eating more raw meat.

[video] 9:54 You could also just be eating naturally. If you would eat raw salmon instead of the cooked salmon, you would feel this light feeling in your stomach and intestines because you would actually be digesting the food

10:21 that you're eating. As long as you eat natural food, which is naturally made for your biology, then you won't have any digestive issues. You will actually always feel light.

[video] 10:29 Oh my god, he actually said son. That's incredibly pathetic. Oh my god. It's better than going to the gym.

[video] 10:50 Chips, anyone?

10:52 Kale chips.

10:56 Kale is unhealthy in itself, but then you make it into chips, which is one of the unhealthiest foods that you can eat. I don't know how he did that or if he just bought a package. You have the unhealthiest vegetable on earth and then it's cooked in vegetable oils? Maybe, I don't know. That would make it even worse. It's crazy.

[video] 11:15 No? Thought so. I took out this bowl thinking it would overflow, but here we are halfway full. Crazy.

[video] 11:25 I feel healthy, but also betrayed. I definitely appreciate a good potato chip right now. Have you ever seen a gamer with kale chips? What's next? Panda Express?

11:35 Why are people so stupid? How can you actually believe that eating a man-made vegetable which doesn't exist in nature, which is considered to be one of the most toxic plants on Earth, is somehow gonna be healthy for you, especially when eating it in a chip form? Do you just Google what is healthy or do you actually ever think for yourself? How can you eat something that doesn't exist in nature but believe that it's healthy? And then you call it eating the world's healthiest diet when you're eating only unnatural food.

[video] 12:10 I don't know if it's too early to say, but I actually feel great right now. From the moment I've woken up to right now... Shut the f*** up, man. I know what I said about my snack, but I haven't had anything called lunch, and labels are important, you know? But definitely the high-quality foods is making my appetite kind of a lot lower and just... What high-quality foods have you been eating? Oh, my God. ...stay at bay versus just being hungry all the time, which is pretty interesting. Well, for dinner tonight, I'm meeting like a divorced dad and building his revenge body. This is just so plain and basic. I literally used salt for the entire thing. This is like every chain restaurant's healthy menu option.

12:47 We have chicken breast, butternut... Chicken breast doesn't have any animal fat, it's not healthy. Butter what?

[video] 12:53 Squash and avocado.

12:56 Doesn't exist in nature. Just go to hell, man. I can't stand this video anymore. Seriously, it's one of the worst I've ever seen. I just want to stop.

[video] 13:04 And it's very concerning. It's kind of scary. I did not hit my protein quota. It is super difficult, but we will find a way. See you in the morning.

13:11 F* you, you m**.

[video] 13:12 Good morning, everybody. We have a pro, but unfortunately, we also have a con. It doesn't exist in nature just like all of the fruits and vegetables that you ate in this video. What's surprising about it? Is he joking? He must be joking.

[video] 13:43 Remember when I said I had a plan? Well, I've been craving cake. Today, specifically a baked one. And I feel like cakes can solve all our problems, especially my insane headache.

13:52 So we're gonna be making a carrot cake. Does he actually have a headache? Stop eating salt, for starters.

[video] 13:58 ...which is the best cake of all time. I've never had an all-natural carrot cake before. This recipe has tahini in it.

14:04 There is no such thing. What do you not understand? Natural means untouched by humans. You're touching all of it. You're creating processed, unnatural food. It's unbelievable, this tool.

[video] 14:17 All right, which piece do you want? Cornbread. Damn. So I didn't really realize that, I mean, I did know cream cheese is not natural, but then I didn't realize...

14:27 And this is natural, yeah? Where do you get this? Does this grow under the ground somewhere? Does it grow on a tree?

14:37 What a joke of a video.

[video] 14:49 She does look like she used to be vegan. Yeah. And then she started eating fish and later on she will start eating the red meat at last, but it may be too late for her. She's probably infertile. That's why they only have a dog.

[video] 15:15 I bet that it would go away if you would start eating actually naturally, especially if you would eat raw liver from a healthy source.

15:36 The vitamin A would make it go away, I'm sure of it.

[video] 15:38 It's most likely because you have a destroyed gut, that's where most of the skin problems come from, and you're not gonna heal your gut problems by eating rice and beans, which literally destroy the gut because of the anti-nutrients.

[video] 16:06 This is a lot more even of a complexion, which is pretty awesome. It's making me feel like I'm never gonna have chemicals ever again.

16:14 He should also get some sunlight, but of course that's not really an option in Canada, especially with those kind of fake skies.

[video] 16:20 Boba sit. Boba paw. Boba paw. Good paw. There you go. I'll have his number in the description.

16:29 But Boba has... Look, it's as if he's playing with his son. It's really sad and pathetic.

[video] 16:37 Actually, a ton of all-natural snacks. Like, this is just literally straight dehydrated chicken breast. Why could Whole Foods not have something like this? We even made our own coconut milk from scratch, which was such a long process for so little in return. But as you can see, I stayed...

16:51 You could also just get the raw milk, which wouldn't necessarily be natural because the animal milk is of course made for that specific animal if it's cow's milk, but that's also illegal in Canada anyway. Yeah.

[video] 17:04 Positive the entire time. I ended up losing roughly two and a half pounds this week, which was kind of unexpected. I feel like I lost probably a lot of bloat from having no artificial sweeteners and other crap the entire week. Definitely don't think I could sustain this diet to the degree I went long term, it was just incredibly limiting for me.

17:15 However, it did inspire me to start wanting to reduce some of the crap I have on a normal day-to-day basis, so I would say this week... A diet should never feel limiting, you should always eat exactly what you want to eat, as long as the food is natural, of course, really natural. Almost none of this was natural, except for the meat, and even that he made unnatural by cooking it. He said that it will never go away, but it seems to have gotten better or maybe it was just the lighting for the video. Point being, if it did get better, then if you would actually eat naturally and eat a lot of liver, then it would really go away. And you said that you're insecure about it, which means that you should actually be motivated to eat actually naturally.

[video] 17:55 Not only was I fuller, but I also felt better. My energy was better. My gut felt good. And in return, my skin, I feel like has a really good complexion to it now. So it's just been an overall pretty good experience, an eye-opening experience. I think a lot of us kind of forget that health is about feeling good inside and out, not just only the out. So take care of yourself.

18:09 If you're healthy on the inside, then you're also gonna be healthy on the outside. Your skin is an organ which is visible on the outside, and if your organs on the inside are healthy, then your skin will also be healthy. If your organs or your gut is damaged, then you will see it through your skin, and that's why you can see it in Will's face. Be healthy, wash what you put in your body, and I'll see you guys in the next one. Fuck, this video was unbearable. Probably the worst he has made so far. I've reviewed some of his videos before. It's insane how ignorant he is. How can you throw around the word natural throughout the video so many times without even realizing what it means? I said it already before, but I'll just repeat it in case you don't get it. Something natural is something which was created by nature, as in it hasn't been touched by human beings in any way whatsoever.

19:06 Natural food would be meat from an animal which you yourself actually hunt. Nothing has been done to it, you can just eat it like that, no processing whatsoever, no cooking or anything, or any kind of plants that you can find in nature. Very few. There are some berries which are actually natural, which you can eat, especially in Northern Europe. In August, September, you can find a lot of berries. They have been around for however long the Earth has been around, and they are fine to eat. Sure, there's even fruits, some other plants which are edible, but very, very few. The other ones are really just some root vegetables where you can squeeze out some of the water. For hydration, if you're starving to death, you don't have any other food, but realistically, you would never even consume them in the first place, except if you're actually starving. But what he was eating here...

20:05 was all unnatural. The vegetables don't exist in nature, the fruits don't even exist like that in nature. He was even pointing it out by himself by showing how huge the grapefruit is. Obviously, grapefruits in nature are way smaller, way more seeds, and they are so sour that you can't even eat them. Most of the fruits that we eat nowadays are pretty much inedible the way they are naturally. In nature, you would mostly be eating raw animal meat and blood, and mostly organs, actually, if you can get them, and the slaves and the dogs would get the muscle meat. Even if you wouldn't want to be eating completely naturally, then you could follow the Okinawan diet and eat almost only pork, raw goat meat, fish, and almost no vegetables whatsoever. and never exercise, yet he goes to the gym all of the time and eats something completely else.

20:59 I just don't know where he even got this idea from that that's what you're supposed to eat when you eat supposedly healthy, which isn't healthy whatsoever, and it's most certainly not even natural. It was just a fucking ridiculous video. Thanks for watching.
