It's not as if you can actually get used to it, obviously, but he can tolerate it better he has generally adapted his body to a lot of stress and that's why he has aged so badly that's why he is so unhealthy and when you consume alcohol then there's a lot of inflammation which your body creates and that's why he stayed somewhat warm That's it, really. It was mostly because of the alcohol.

It doesn't matter whether it's weightlifting, going into ice cold water, into a sauna. It's all the same at the end of the day. Some of it is more stressful than the other activities, but all of it is bad for your body. It's all about aging your body and becoming unhealthy.

You will not be able to become warm, and then that will be the end of you there in the snow, surrounded by the ice. And in this case, they can go into warm water again. And that's why he will survive. But it just shows you how bad it is, how unnatural it is to do it, obviously, anyway, because it's counterintuitive. That's why it's automatically unnatural.

[video] 20:21 Just to put it in here, the actual count was 89 reps. So true to Wim, he said I was gonna do over 20 reps for the second set. I actually did 19 extra reps. So Wim's prediction was absolutely spot on. I am honestly considering hiring Wim as a full-time coach. This was pretty insane. Amazing, huh? Amazing. What he shows, as world's strongest man, that he is able to outperform himself, it shows that you are able to outperform yourself as well. So, get your asses off the chair and get into gear. Whatever is in your life, it's stress. And the breath is able to make it go down.

21:06 What? It's the weirdest thing that these influencers talk about stress as if it's a bad thing, but then when you look at what they promote, it's all stressful. The cold, the gym, it's extremely stressful. It absolutely makes no sense. If you want to talk about stress, then admit that what you promote is really, really stressful, really unhealthy, and then just go with it. That's your thing.

It's a great awareness video. We can see what alcoholism, extreme stress, the cold, heat and exercise does to your body. Eddie Hall is by definition obese, it's not a natural physique.
