[video] 0:00 what's up i'm gonna be reviewing a video called coffee poison seed or miracle food let's talk about coffee i made some posts recently about coffee and the reactions were really polarized much more than i was expecting like some people saying how much they love coffee and some other people saying that it's like literally poison that just stresses you out and it just

0:19 Maybe people who watch my videos?

[video] 0:21 And a few years ago, I used to be one of these coffee haters because I had heard on the internet that stresses you out is a drug. It'll give you high cortisol, adrenaline, high blood pressure. You get addicted to it, all of this stuff. But my opinion started to change because I was seeing more and more evidence of the long-term benefits until I could no longer really justify my kind of blind hatred of coffee. And since people seem to be interested in this topic, I figured I might as well do a proper deep dive into coffee. So how it works, the benefits and the risks of using coffee, and whether it's worth using. Because I don't think that everybody should be using it. Quick medical disclaimer.

0:50 Actually, you just debunked your whole video, because if not everybody should be using something, whatever it is, then it's not good for you. It's as if you give a warning that it's not good for some people. There's no such thing, naturally. Something naturally is either good or bad for you. That's it. That applies to everything, not only food, health. If coffee can be bad for some people, then it's bad for all people. It's just how nature works.

[video] 1:23 This video is not medical advice. Always consult your doctor before making changes to your health regimen. Let's get in. Your doctor probably drinks coffee Coffee is one of the most widely consumed drinks in the world Humanity consumes over 2 billion cups of coffee every day across the world

1:39 wow really oh I had never heard of these numbers wow it's worse than I thought no wonder that it's in almost every video that I review it's probably in over 90 of the videos that I review where people show what they eat or drink in a day Scandinavians are the world champion coffee drinkers Finland is number one drinks the most coffee in the world really oh I've never seen these statistics People in Finland are also alcoholics and they are obsessed with saunas because they hate the weather there so much. There's a lot of problems. Pretty nice country nature-wise, don't get me wrong, but it is what it is. When you live in the very north, you can get depressed. You don't necessarily, if you would be eating the raw meat as the people in Lapland do,

2:34 Norway, Iceland, Denmark hold the... Wait, what? Wait, what? That's interesting. All the depressing, cold, grey countries. Netherlands, rain all the time. Iceland, just a deaf country. Sweden also. Switzerland. Okay, Switzerland. Switzerland is also actually very cold overall. Because a lot of the places are at a high altitude. Belgium again. Luxembourg, pretty much the same as Belgium. And Canada, cold again. Wait! and this is not a coincidence all the worst countries on earth that's where they drink coffee because they don't get sunlight it's not as if sunlight alone gives you energy life force but still it's important you're depressed

3:32 have no energy you eat garbage food you drink coffee all right this is actually interesting about 12 kilograms per person per year you can see the top 10 on screen mostly northern europe and central europe humans really love coffee coffee comes from a b humans actually hate coffee they drink it with sugar and milk usually to cover up the taste of coffee that was originally grown in ethiopia and it spread and by the way then there's just some people who are addicted we'll talk about that later on so the middle east about the 15th century and that was where coffee was first brewed and then it spread to the rest of the world coffee has makes you wonder who thought of brewing the seed water to get the toxic water out of the seeds and then to drink it. Does anybody know? Have you read about it?

4:28 I wouldn't be surprised if it was a way to torture the prisoners or something, feed them toxic seed water. There's no way that humans just thought of doing that. It must have had something to do with slavery. It must be like that.

[video] 4:47 Over a thousand bioactive compounds in it that can influence human health, like caffeine, of course, antioxidants like chlorogenic acid and diterpenes. Everyone knows about caffeine in coffee. Caffeine works by-

4:57 Theobromine also important to mention. It's neurotoxins, chlorogenic acid, I also talked about in another video about coffee.

[video] 5:09 By binding to the adenosine receptor in the brain, blocking the receptor. Adenosine is a neurotransmitter that builds up throughout the day while you're awake and it creates a kind of sleep pressure and makes you relaxed. When it gets to nighttime and you've been awake about 15 or 16 hours, you've built up a lot of adenosine and you feel that sleep pressure, that strong desire to go to sleep. And caffeine blocks the receptor that this adenosine would normally bind to. You can think of adenosine like a car that wants to get into its designated parking space, but caffeine comes along in front of it and parks in there.

5:36 Yes, exactly. What happens in the body is that you're just living your life and all of a sudden whatever would happen to you, in this case it's toxic seed water, it is ingested. Of course, there's no such thing in nature. The only way that it would happen is if you eat some kind of green leaves or seeds, which you would never do naturally, which again makes me think this must have been something that they force-fed people back in the day. And then your body, because it's in shock, you're being damaged, it doesn't let you sleep. You're alert. What's going on? I'm being poisoned. That's literally what your body is thinking. And this is what people drink in the morning, every day, or even more times throughout the day. Think about it. That is so crazy that we do that. A natural defense mechanism for you to be awake and to understand the danger has been turned into a normal morning routine.

6:36 Completely twisted. People are crazy.

[video] 6:39 Taking up the whole space so adenosine can't get in and can't do its normal functions. And the result is caffeine blocks the calming and sleep promoting effects of adenosine. So you're very alert, very wakeful.

6:49 Right, you're not comfortable. You're not healthy. You're alert, stressed. That's really what it means. Just use the word stressed. That sums it up.

[video] 7:01 Attentive. That's how caffeine works. Caffeine isn't the only interesting compound in coffee. There are lots of others that actually drive most of the long-term health benefits, mostly antioxidants and polyphenols.

7:10 That's a lie. The reason people drink coffee is the same reason young adults nowadays play a lot of video games where they fight against other players. It's because they want to hunt. What I'm saying is that you drink coffee because you have no energy. We have all of these things today that we do to replicate or imitate what we would naturally be doing or what we naturally want for ourselves. It's to try to fulfill our desires and a natural so-called need for a human being and every animal is to have energy. And when you wake up and you're tired, which is completely abnormal, then you drink this and it doesn't make you awake. You could say that it makes you alert, I suppose, because you're being poisoned. Yeah, but it's not you being...

8:10 The word awake is wrong because it's way beyond that. It's a so-called extreme. That's it. That's why we drink coffee. There's all kinds of examples that I have given in my videos over the years. There's something that we naturally want. We do not understand how to get it or cannot get it. And that's why we try to replicate it. That's it. Coffee is just you producing adrenaline.

[video] 8:37 So let's talk about some of the most interesting health benefits and risks of coffee. There have been lots of studies investigating the effects of coffee. 22,000 results for coffee on PubMed and 40,000 for caffeine.

8:48 Yeah, because they want to sell it to you. There's a lot of money behind the studies. That's it. They just make a lot of associations and correlations. Do an actual study and show what happens in the body when you drink the toxic seed water and that's it. The whole industry falls apart when people would actually see how bad it is for you. That's why they do these correlation studies, because it means nothing.

[video] 9:18 found strong benefits and others have found potential risks of using coffee and caffeine. So some of the well-established benefits, coffee reduces all cause mortality by 16%.

9:27 Yeah, yeah, of course. Because that makes sense.

[video] 9:32 It means the risk of death from any cause is 16% lower and cardiovascular mortality is reduced by 21%. You have a lower risk of type 2 diabetes, heart...

9:40 Yeah, that's super cool. You know that I could make the same kind of study saying that if you wear brown shoes, that your risk for dying from heart disease is reduced by 30%. Because if I would take people who wear brown shoes for the study and they have less of a problem, then I could come out with a study and release it saying brown shoes will save your life. Here, buy these brown shoes. That's how these studies work. Is this science? This is as far away from science as you can get. Total joke.

[video] 10:17 A disease and a stroke, which is some of the biggest killers in the world, so that's very important. It's especially protective against liver conditions. It reduces the risk of...

10:23 What the fuck are you talking about? You have to filter the toxins through the liver? What?

[video] 10:29 Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease. It can even lower your risk of developing hypertension, which is high blood pressure. And that might sound surprising considering in the short term, having causes of spike in blood pressure. And moderate caffeine intake improves blood cholesterol levels. And most of these benefits are maximized at about three or four cups of coffee per day, which is much higher than I would have thought. And these health effects are probably mediated by the antioxidants that are contained in coffee, as well as some other compounds with anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties. And even decaf coffee still contains these compounds. So even...

10:54 This is so problematic because when people watch this if they are addicted really nothing is gonna stop them from Drinking it anyway, but it just reinforces their beliefs and if somebody wasn't sure Now they will think Oh anti-inflammatory. It's literally super inflammatory obviously or Anti this and that they would just think oh well, then it's good No proof there's just nothing there's nothing behind it but uh some people just want to believe what they see on the screen that's it it's just some text with no proof behind it and beyond caffeine there are lots of benefits and the caffeine itself is probably not he's literally showing toxic little seeds but still talks about the benefits that's this is how brainwashed you have to be

11:45 have little toxic seeds in front of you super bitter inedible but you talk about the benefits this is the delusion that we are at right now even the main driver of these long-term health benefits so if you're concerned about the cortisol spike and chronic stress and stuff just drink decaf coffee and you can still get most of these benefits

[video] 12:02 decaf does still contain a little bit of caffeine but it's only about 2 to 15 milligrams per cup compared to like 70 to 140 milligrams in normal caffeinated coffee so so far coffee sounds pretty good for your health unfortunately it's not 100 upside there are some potential negatives an obvious downside of coffee is that it can mess with your sleep especially if you're drinking it later in the day or you drink a lot of it this is probably the main concern with coffee caffeine takes a while to be cleared out of your system so the half-life of caffeine is about five hours on average that's the time it takes to

12:26 How is that the main concern? What? I've never heard that before.

[video] 12:32 Lots of coffee can cause palpitations or arrhythmias, which obviously isn't good. So go easy with it. You need to experiment with the dose. Digestive issues is another problem. It can definitely irritate the gut for some people. I get this a little bit. It can also cause acid.

12:43 Again, he says for some people. It's like that for all people because it's toxic seed water. It's bad for your gut, for every human, but some people simply have a more damaged gut and that's why they will feel it more. So don't say stupid stuff such as it's bad for some people when it comes to the gut, it's just bad for everybody. But for some people it's worse. That's it. How can something be good for somebody and bad for somebody else? There's no such thing naturally.

[video] 13:19 It reflux for some people or an upset stomach, especially if you're drinking it on an empty stomach. And it's a well-known laxative. It will make you need to go and take a dump, which can be very useful if you're constipated. And I also find it's useful to get bowel movement in before a run or going to...

13:32 That's again a sign that it's poisonous. Your body tries to get it out as quickly as possible.

[video] 13:37 Pregnant women are advised to limit their coffee intake because caffeine crosses the placenta and it can affect them.

13:42 This is another thing that makes no sense. If something is bad for a pregnant woman or a baby, then it's just bad for you, for every human. But because the human being is so small, the human will notice it more. it will damage the smaller being more. But that just proves that it's bad for you in general. Again, it applies to everything. Everything that is bad for a baby, such as salt also, it kills babies, very small amounts, is just bad for you in general. That's just how nature works. And if it's good for you, it's good for a baby or an adult.

14:26 It's just nature. How do you not get it? Maybe.

[video] 14:28 So they shouldn't have more than 200 milligrams a day, which is about two cups or just skip it entirely. There also seems to be an increased risk of bone fracture in women who drink a lot of coffee, possibly because coffee can interfere with calcium absorption. So make sure you are getting plenty of calcium in your diet. Most people are not getting enough. And just going through the comments on my post about coffee, there are a few other concerns. yeah but what kind of stupid recommendation is that then just stop drinking coffee that's the logical conclusion and people had like coffee depleting minerals it does have a diuretic effect which means you're gonna pee more often when you drink a lot of coffee and you can lose some water-soluble vitamins like b vitamins and vitamin c potentially some calcium and magnesium due to this effect and if you drink coffee at the same time as a meal it can inhibit the absorption of some minerals like iron from your food so if you're worried about this you can enhance iron absorption by eating it with food

15:15 Wait, wait, what? He recommends eating liver and chocolate? That's funny because the reason people eat chocolate today, especially children, is because they crave liver so much. because it tastes so similar but besides that chocolate also has caffeine it's also made from these toxic seeds cacao beans oh my god oh my god how much can you contradict yourself man this is really stupid to contain vitamin c and copper during your meals and you might want to drink your Also, by the way, that's the whole reason why adults are addicted to coffee today. It's because they start off eating chocolate as children. The addiction is real.

[video] 16:08 Nutrient-dense diet...

16:24 He showed oysters, but the most nutrient-rich foods are organs. You had the liver before, but it's just kind of typical recommendations.

[video] 16:34 I have a super in-depth nutrition guide that gives the best sources for every vitamin and mineral, the most bioavailable.

16:39 That's stupid. You don't need that. Simply eat organs and you will be super nourished. There's no need to look at specific micronutrients. It's unnatural to do that.

[video] 16:51 Caffeine does stimulate the adrenal glands to make cortisol and adrenaline. Over time, if you drink coffee regularly, you become less sensitive to spike. It's kind of blunted, but coffee could lead to chronically elevated cortisol if you're having over 400 milligrams a day, which is about four cups, or if you're already stressed and underslept.

17:08 Yeah, it causes chronic stress and it can cause adrenal fatigue. It's when your adrenals had enough of the abuse.

[video] 17:16 Coffee also decreases brain blood flow. It's a vasoconstrictor. It blocks the usual vasodilating effects of adenosine. And this includes in the brain. There's something like a 20 to 30% reduction in blood flow.

17:27 and really you could have just made a youtube short you show this prove that coffee is bad for you and that's it 10 15 second video what else do you need even if it did have benefits which it doesn't if that's what it does to you then it's over a discussion closed why would you drink that Come on, man. Your brain is already then not really functioning.

[video] 17:55 In the brain, after you have 200 milligrams of caffeine, and this lasts for about four to six hours. Again, people who drink coffee regularly develop a tolerance to this. So the vasoconstriction effect is weakened over time. And reduced blood flow to the brain sounds very concerning, but this generally isn't considered to be a problem for most healthy people. And coffee seems to improve brain health. There's some evidence that it's protective against dementia.

18:15 Right. How? You drink toxic seed water? And it helps you with your brain, which you literally just said that it doesn't. But it somehow helps you with dementia. How? How? It just gives some kind of reasoning.

[video] 18:33 So you know that it enhances cognitive performance and focus despite reduced blood.

18:37 Yeah, focus, the alertness. That's bad. That's a sign that it's bad for you.

[video] 18:43 So we've talked about the health effects. Now let's talk about the cognitive and mood and physical effects of coffee. The most basic benefit is just that coffee wakes you up, which is very useful, especially if you're not sleeping well.

18:54 Again, it's a misused word. If anything makes you alert because you've been poisoned, that's literally proof that it's bad for you.

[video] 19:04 Some people just can't get that much sleep like parents or very busy workers and coffee is very helpful for those people. It makes life much more bearable.

19:11 That said, if you... No, it makes your life worse. You will look worse, feel worse. You will be addicted. You will have dark eye circles. It's only bad for you. What do you mean?

[video] 19:22 You're in a position where you can sleep properly. You shouldn't use coffee as a crutch to compensate for chronically poor sleep.

19:29 Sleep will give... And you can't anyway. You're being poisoned by the toxic seed water.

[video] 19:37 That's why you're alert You cannot compensate for lack of sleep You could sleep less if you would eat naturally you more benefits than coffee coffee has been associated with a lower risk of depression and one of the biggest benefits of coffee is its ability to improve several aspects of cognitive performance like reaction time and attention and

[video] 20:11 coffee can increase anxiety especially at higher doses and people who are anxious are usually advised to cut down on their coffee intake it's not a good idea to be drinking like three or four cups a day if you're an anxious person of course it can cause sleep disruption if you have too much or too late in the day and the downstream effects of that are pretty bad like worse cognitive performance worse physical performance irritability and so on so coffee isn't for everyone some people do very well using caffeine and some people should probably avoid it entirely a bit more on that later a bit Yeah, from what I've heard, these symptoms are real.

20:51 Maybe not as bad as with other drugs, but who cares? It's bad anyway. Why would you do it at all? Because you have no energy, like I said.

[video] 21:01 Are not dangerous, thankfully, but they can be uncomfortable and they show that you did have a physiological dependency on caffeine. Coffee can also be habit forming. So people start to psychologically crave coffee and the feeling that it gives them. Coffee interacts with the brain's reward pathways, indirectly increasing dopamine signaling, and this can lead to compulsive drinking of coffee. Some people can feel like they need coffee to function normally, and it can be pretty hard to quit, although definitely easier than other addictive substances like nicotine or more hard drugs. So it sounds pretty bad, but it's not classified as an addictive substance in the classic sense. the reason for that is you almost never see compulsive totally out of control coffee use to the extent that someone will ruin their life just to obtain coffee or they lose the ability to function in society without it and that is something that you do see in other drugs like heroin or even something as normalized as alcohol most coffee drinkers can quit reasonably easily if they want to with some discomfort for sure and the withdrawal symptoms don't endanger your physical health like some of the drugs where you can die from withdrawals the withdrawals from coffee are just

21:48 Maybe you cannot die, but from what I've heard, the withdrawal symptoms are pretty bad still.

[video] 21:57 And people also don't increase the dose over time in the same way as other drugs where you need more and more and more to get the same effect. Most people will stop at a few cups of coffee a day, so it doesn't completely hijack the brain's dopamine system in the same way as other addictive substances. it is an individual thing not everyone should be drinking coffee you probably shouldn't drink coffee if you have anxiety if you have panic attacks or you're very stressed you shouldn't drink it if you have basically all signs of toxicity being poisoned you sleep poorly because it can make that worse if you're a slow caffeine metabolizer you probably shouldn't have a lot of coffee in your case you're probably going to feel jittery or anxious even from just a single cup if you have high blood pressure or heart palpitations you need to be careful about coffee if you're a pregnant woman you should probably avoid it and if you have gut issues or acid reflux again you have to consider limiting your dose don't go crazy on your coffee intake but coffee can be very useful for you if you're a generally healthy adult who needs a cognitive or physical boost if you have yeah exactly if you're healthy then you won't feel it as much

22:54 but it will still be bad for you. If you need a boost, I already explained that, low energy, then you need to eat organs. You're malnourished, essentially. That's why you have low energy, low blood pressure. You're just going to be covering up the symptom by poisoning yourself, so your blood pressure

[video] 23:22 I personally don't use coffee every day. Just when I want a big boost in my focus and productivity, I can focus completely.

23:27 I've never had it in my whole life and I'm glad about it. I don't even want to know how it tastes. I've smelled it many times. It just smells poisonous and I don't want to drink it. fine without it it's just a nice boost add the milk because it tastes horrible i assume basically i know it because if it smells poisonous then it must taste poisonous coffee isn't perfect but for most people in my opinion the benefits outweigh the risks if you use it wisely but you didn't actually name any benefits your benefit really was only one and that's not a benefit, it's that you're alert because you were just poisoned. Saying that that's a benefit is the same as saying that putting your hand on a stove, which is on, it's hot, is a benefit because you will be alert because you were just damaged and then you cannot sleep because of the pain.

24:26 It's basically the same thing because you're slowly dying on the inside, you're being poisoned. That's the same kind of logic. That's not a benefit. Being poisoned with mini doses of cyanide is not beneficial because you're alert afterwards and cannot sleep or you don't have enough energy so you produce a lot of stress hormones because your body is alert because of the damage. Do you not understand how stupid that sounds? can be a very useful tool for your focus your performance and even your health give the video your health what are you talking about oh my god give this video what like if you enjoyed no dislike a million times i already explained it before but i want you to clearly understand why people drink coffee today

25:23 Heroin, which we also mentioned before, is a drug that people use to feel high, euphoric, simply good. And that's because they don't feel good in their everyday life. Humans in nature do feel really good. Meaning that they want to feel the way they are naturally supposed to feel. You cannot really blame them for that. They do not understand how to feel that way. Of course, I also don't know but based on the interviews that I've seen they seem to feel really good in the moment. And then of course it completely goes down because it's a fake sort of euphoria.

26:12 It's also probably true that the withdrawal symptoms are a lot worse than it is with coffee. But that doesn't mean, of course, that coffee is good. It's just not as bad. That doesn't make it good. The point that I'm making is that

26:35 The same way as it is with testosterone. Men always feel like they don't have high enough testosterone, especially when they are young, they want to do this and that. They of course end up using some kind of drugs. It's the same thing as the heroin and the coffee. All of the three are actually done for the same reason. It's because you don't eat naturally. You don't drink blood, you don't eat raw liver, heart, spleen, brain and so on. If you do, you feel euphoric. I never knew this up until I started eating raw meat. Then I understood how humans feel in their everyday life in nature, as long as they have food. If they are successful in nature, let's just say. There's no need for anything else. You couldn't even feel any better than that.

27:32 There's no drug or anything that could make you feel that way and of course there's no downside to it. It's not as if you feel euphoric and then you feel horrible. No. It's just your everyday life. You know it if you know it. And then when it comes to testosterone, you will have the perfect natural amounts of testosterone that you're supposed to have. Again, no need for anything external. And when it comes to your energy, and that's why I talked about coffee, you will have the perfect amount of energy. It's what you naturally need. That's why people drink coffee. They don't have it. They wake up in the morning. I wake up like this. I'm awake. This is how I wake up, literally. Again, if you know it, you know it. You only know from experience. I can talk about it. You won't get it until you know it.

28:23 You won't know how happy you feel, how manly you feel because of the testosterone, and how much energy you have up until you have it. And then you know. And then you have no need for anything else. But how are you going to know if nobody talks about it? Who even talks about this besides me? In real life or on the internet? It's just me essentially. Because you need to know it, only then you can spread the message. There are other people out there, I'm sure that there are smaller channels who kind of talk about it. But that's it. That's why people drink toxic seed water. They have no energy. They want to be alert, awake. They poison themselves to be awake. Oh, I'm poisoned. Great. Now I can do my slave activities while I'm poisoned. And then it wears off. You completely crash because you were just poisoned. That's what's going on. Fucking wake up for real.

29:24 Thanks for watching, guys.
