0:00 hey guys over two years ago i made a video about Zelija Akpinar it was called the most unproductive slave routine you will ever see back then she was in medical school now she made a video about her day in the life as a doctor in the uk just before 4 am that's early

0:44 Does she believe that she woke up with a blocked nose because of the coughing patients?

[video] 0:55 I need to leave for work in four hours at quarter to nine. So I usually get a good few hours before work in the morning, which is quite nice because that's when I can get done and be the most productive. I recently started this new rotation called GP or general practice, also called family medicine.

1:09 She wakes up too early, it's clear. Who knows what time she goes to bed, but you can see that she's tired. She has eye bags. She's still sleepy.

[video] 1:21 In some other countries, as part of our training, we rotate through different specialties every four months, and we get nine days off from work in total during those four months. At the start of each rotation, what I'd like to do is to plan those day offs and send it to my managers, and that's what I'm gonna do now.

1:56 working as a doctor or in a hospital in general is stressful enough there is no need to wake up this early it's just clear that she wants to sleep i'm gonna have this chicken soup mom made for me so for easy and convenient

2:32 that actually looks seriously disgusting but at least it's meat and cheese could be worse she could be eating a toast with avocado that's what you see nowadays a lot

2:56 uh in a microwave and you have the bread grain sludge this is a little bit more heating up

[video] 3:30 Now the cheese has melted. It looks so good.

3:35 How does it look good? It looks really horrible.

[video] 3:38 How crazy is that? It's almost 9 o'clock and it's still dark outside. That's winter in the UK for you.

3:54 But it's always...

3:58 dark in the UK. Maybe not literally, but the skies are usually grey, it's gloomy. Really, there is no such thing as a summer in the UK. I lived there for two years, I know it firsthand. Yes, you have some sunny days here and there, but even then it's not really warm.

[video] 4:28 One great thing about GP is that you don't have to wear scrubs. You can just wear smart casual clothes, which is a really great option to have for doctors. But I'm wearing scrubs still because it's easier to put on and less decision-making in the morning. Speedy.

4:46 Girls with all of their creams moisturizers and makeup just to imitate Healthy looking skin and of course the skin is not actually healthy. It's not as if her skin is so bad. I don't think But that's generally what girls do today. They just want to be healthy, of course, obviously naturally everybody does and Your skin is the largest organ of your body, and whenever there's any problems on the inside, it will be visible on the outside. Your skin really shows the health of your body.

[video] 5:23 But then I realized I didn't have time to have a lunch break yesterday, so my lunch is left in the fridge untouched from yesterday. One last thing to worry about, everyone is awake.

5:41 You could actually see a little bit of blue sky. That's really rare in the UK.

[video] 5:58 I just finished seeing seven patients. Two of them were phone consultations, and the rest were face-to-face. We usually see 12 to 13 patients per day, and sometimes we're allocated to see a patient during our lunch break, which was the case yesterday. I had to go to a home visit, so going to patients' own home to see them and deal with their medical problem. We only do that for patients who are not able to come to us to the clinic. And now I'm going to eat lunch that I couldn't eat yesterday.

6:27 It's good that it's called a consulting room. You simply consult with somebody inside of the room. It's not a healing room. It's not where you go to get rid of your diseases. You simply ask for their opinions. At least that's how it should be.

[video] 6:58 I'm just having some Turkish beans and rice with... Why does all of the food look so disgusting?

7:05 Is it because it's in plastic? It just looks slimy, old... Nothing wrong with old fermented food. Fermented raw dairy, even fermented eggs and meat can be really good. Fermented liver tastes super good and it doesn't look disgusting, but... This old looking kind of dry cooked food, which is still kind of slimy because of the seed oils, looks super unappetizing. I hate looking at it. I can't even imagine putting that into my body, actually consuming that garbage.

[video] 7:47 Yogurt drink called Ayran.

7:50 Ayran. Is she Turkish or something or half Turkish?

7:57 People in Turkey drink Ayran. Maybe also in some other countries around there, I'm not sure.

[video] 8:02 I usually like having my lunch break in my room. Because I need some alone time and peace and quiet sometimes.

8:15 She would have way more energy if she wouldn't consume beans with rice. Those are just seeds. Seeds are super hard to digest. You need to process them, cook them, prepare them. for you to consume them seeing as it's not what you're naturally supposed to eat the only foods which you can know that you are supposed to eat are foods which you can eat in their raw state and those are animal foods and fruits also honey that's about it all of this is not actually food the iron technically it could be of course that's also pasteurized

[video] 9:11 This is the bag we collect in the morning to examine our patients. Blood pressure cuff, oxygen...

9:16 blood pressure you're just checking a symptom your body will have low or high blood pressure or normal which is what they call normal and you can argue about what actually is normal but my point is that you will be simply checking the symptom of the problem if the patient has a problem you won't be checking the actual Problem that's causing the disease the root problem oxygen monitor saturation monitor thermometer Same thing You only check the symptoms i'm not saying that all of the tools are like that, but Most of them check the symptoms of the patients blood sugar monitor

10:10 A blood sugar monitor is really just an indirect measurement of something which cannot be directly observed anyway, glucose. You can simply check the chemical reactions, which give you then a vague measurement. That's about it. It's nothing direct. It's nothing scientific.

[video] 10:46 It's gotten dark already and I'm done for the day.

10:53 She says it as if she's glad to go home, which is understandable, obviously, but why does she even work as a doctor? She has over 1 million subscribers, gets a lot of views. You don't earn that much as a doctor. You earn more than most people, but... I think that she could earn just as much, if not even more, if she would simply do social media full-time. But whatever, if she wants to do that, which she doesn't, clearly. So it's weird.

[video] 11:44 We're in the shops now to do some grocery shopping to get some bits and bobs for tomorrow's breakfast because I realized I finished my mom's chicken soup and I have nothing else to eat.

11:53 It was about time that I... You have some lovely chips there, innit?

[video] 11:58 ...grow up and prepare my own...

12:01 Wait, they call them crisps? Never mind. Yeah, it's a bit strange. Fries are chips. ...breakfast.

12:24 bagels grain sludge pasteurized juice none of this would be available in the uk in winter anyway you would be mostly eating animals

[video] 12:50 I cough my scrubs because I've seen way too many sick children today. So many kids with colds and coughs.

13:00 What does she believe is going to happen? I was right at the beginning of the video. She's afraid of that. Experiments have been done with humans, many different animals, and you could never transmit anything to another animal. Tons of experiments have been done. Even over 100 years ago they tried it. No other animal got sick. Even when you used the snot, all of the fluid, slime from the nose, the throat, everywhere, you put it over other animals and they didn't get sick. And nowadays somehow everybody believes that you will get sick. This has never been proven in any experiment ever done.

14:00 By the way, in case you're wondering why people get sick, in winter especially, it's because of the cold weather. If you combine wind with rain in a cold climate such as the UK, the UK isn't that cold but it's pretty cool, then you can easily get sick. That's why if you are exposed to a cold air conditioner, the cold air of the air conditioner, or if you sit in a car and the wind blows and it blows into your ears, the cold wind especially, you will get sick. That's normal. That's what causes a cold.

[video] 14:37 I'm absolutely starving. If I remember it correctly, I just have lots of leftovers, so I just need to... Okay, this is... Okay, so let me show you what I mean by that. I've got half a portion of green curry and less than half a portion of salmon pasta. So I'll just try to...

15:06 She even shows it as if it's disgusting. And it is. At least she eats meat with almost every meal. Not before in the hospital.

[video] 15:19 Finish off all the leftovers for dinner. Honestly, I've decided to just heat it up and eat it in the Tupperware because I don't want to have to deal with more washing up. I really have a good pile in the sink that I need to wash up this evening.

15:36 all from plastic. She heats it up in a microwave always. There's just nothing healthy about any of this. And she should be pretty well off, although Maybe she's in debt because of the medical school? That's possible, I suppose. Still, I'm sure that she could afford better food. She's just brainwashed. She doesn't understand what she's doing.

16:14 Seeds, chicken curry, some poisonous green plants mixed in there. A typical slave meal. Nothing has really changed.

16:29 video that she created over two years ago showed a similar kind of life except that she was in medical school back then and now she works as a doctor treating people's symptoms that's about it that's what they do

[video] 17:00 That's Turkish right? I lived among Turks in Germany. I heard the language pretty much every day.

[video] 17:26 It's funny how mom was like, rest a little bit, but still try to get some light things done so you don't end up losing your whole evening. And that's exactly what I'm going to do.

17:46 She wakes up, why is it blurred? Huh? Does she not want us to see how she yawns or what? Whatever. I was just going to say that she wakes up so early and then she works all day. Of course, it's super exhausting. It's an exhausting life. This kind of a life will age you quite a bit, reduce your lifespan. It's not that bad. There's way worse jobs because some people work in a warehouse. They lift heavy things all the time. Maybe not women for the most part, but women also have some pretty horrible jobs.

18:36 come on it's not normal to live this kind of a life you can't believe that this is normal

18:51 There's just no joy. Was there even throughout the day? Maybe some glimpses, a little bit here and there, but I don't see a happy human being. I don't see somebody who's enjoying her life. You almost kind of see the opposite. Not really, but...

19:24 Even lifting a finger feels like effort after work.

[video] 19:42 I don't really push myself to do anything mentally draining in the evenings because the energy to output ratio just isn't worth it for me. Or the quality of my work doesn't justify my efforts in the evenings, especially after a long working day. Especially now that I started GP or family medicine, I feel so much more cognitively tired and decision fatigued. I think it's because I'm seeing my own patients, I'm having my own clinic, I have to do all these independent decisions. Compared to when I was working in a hospital in a team, the brain fog I get now is just a different level. And that's why in the evenings I just focus on feel-good activities and sleeping.

20:30 This is a video that she posted some months ago.

20:41 Vitamin D was low. I wanted to show you this short clip because it perfectly shows you what's going on. These people eat absolute garbage themselves. They are not healthy. And then they do indirect weight measurements. Usually it's simply chemical reactions. And then they come to the conclusion that the patient's vitamin D is low. For example, it's not as if they actually see vitamin D. That's not how they come to the conclusion. And then they tell the patient to take some vitamin D pills. And they don't even realize that the same substance is used as red poison. They wouldn't even want to understand it if you would tell them about it.

21:34 They simply memorize what they learn in school and then if a patient comes and tells them that they have some kind of a symptom, they remember what they were taught and then they tell them to do this and that or they use some kind of tools to measure the symptoms and then they say, take these pills to suppress the symptoms. It's the same with vitamin D, the so-called deficiency, except that it's possibly even worse to do what they do when it comes to that specifically. The most messed up part about all of this is that she probably wants to help people. It doesn't seem like she's only doing it for money, because otherwise she could simply do social media, as I said. I'm sure that she understands that she may actually believe that she's going to be healing people.

22:33 It's not as if these people really think for themselves. They go to school, and as I said, they simply memorize. It's not as if there is much thinking involved. And if anything, generally in schools, thinking is discouraged, of course, because then you may start figuring out what's going on. For example, when it comes to the vitamin D pills.

23:01 They wouldn't want you to understand what you're giving to the people. It's better for you to simply follow the rules and to keep suppressing the symptoms. It's not as if doctors are completely useless, I'm not saying that. Not even the so-called general doctors. Surgeons for sure save people's lives, no doubt about it. But usually, it really is true what most people say, you have some kind of a disease, which will usually be caused by bad unnatural food, and they eat the same kind of fake food, and then you go to a doctor and they... measure the symptoms with their tools and then they find a way to suppress the symptoms, but the disease will never go away.

23:58 For example, you have acne, you go to a doctor, they prescribe Accutane. It will close the pores and the pus won't be coming out of the pores anymore. Does the pus go away? Do the toxins go away because of the drugs? No. You eat horrible food. That's why you have toxins inside of you, that's why the pus comes out of your pores, that's why you're sick. And if you take Accutane, the pus stays inside of your body and the vitamin A,

24:41 synthetic version of it, if you want to call it that, is going to be even worse for you, really, than the pus that stays inside of you. And as we know from many people, eventually this can cause liver damage and in severe cases even liver failure if you use the drugs long enough. That's just one example out of thousands that I could give you. It's all about suppressing the symptoms, it's not about healing your body. Thanks for watching.
