0:00 Hi everyone, as requested I'm going to review a video called 4am productive summer morning routine. Good morning.
[video] 0:11 First thing I try not to do in the morning is to go on my phone. It's harder during summer breaks because we have more time to waste and less structure to our day. But it's also more rewarding because now we can invest that time into personal growth, do things we actually enjoy.
0:39 A craving for cold water is usually a sign of anemia. Not always.
[video] 0:47 That's one of the worst breakfasts you could possibly have. What is she, five years old? Why does she still eat that?
1:05 Not that the children should eat that, obviously, but we can understand why children get manipulated by their parents to eat this garbage. They see sweet stuff, they see nice colors, and they eat it. But by now, she's like, what, in her early 20s, probably? She shouldn't be eating this kind of junk food anymore. You won't have any energy, obviously. It's full of pesticides, anti-nutrients, other toxins in the grains. Grains only have sugar and fiber, literally nothing else, no micronutrients, and she probably drinks pasteurized milk, which is better than some kind of soy milk, but that still doesn't really have anything. Seeing as it's pasteurized, there's no micronutrients left anymore.
[video] 1:45 Work, because if I don't, it's so easy to spend the whole day in my pajamas just being on social media or binge-watch a Netflix show that I don't even care much about. So now I'll plan my day with fun stuff that I want to do, but also with stuff that I need to get done for my final year of medical school and with some job-related work as well.
2:05 mental health walk and what you see are ambulances and all kinds of city garbage. You can't really be mentally healthy when you live in a city, especially in New York City. I've been there twice. It's full of mental issues and that's because the city is just such absolute garbage.
[video] 2:31 The sun didn't even rise and I'm already sweating so much. And it's not even, it's like a 10-minute walk. It's so pretty. I'm so happy I'm here.
2:42 It's so pretty. Man-made buildings, a bridge, some lights. Like, what is pretty about it? And you can see that the sky is completely geo-engineered. I'm about to creep into the mountain.
3:04 It's actually pretty dangerous to go out at 4am in New York City. You can see that she has eye bags, obviously because she doesn't sleep enough. Why the hell would you wake up at 4am?
3:37 I don't think that you're gonna get kidnapped in New York, you're gonna get mugged.
3:50 Look at this view, a completely geoengineered sky. What is pretty about it or whatever? Yeah, the sun is rising, but you can't even see the sun because of the geoengineering and the pollution. That's what you get in New York City, seriously.
4:08 It's not at all pretty in any way at all. It actually looks sad because of how unnatural the sky is. And then you have all of the concrete and the buildings. It's super ugly. If there's any way to make the sunrise ugly, then it's literally this. A beautiful sunrise would be in nature with trees around you, possibly mountains, and a clear blue sky without your engineering and pollution. Really delusional.
[video] 4:32 My goals for the summer and been reflecting on what I've been doing well and where I could improve on to achieve those goals so I can adjust my strategy and have almost no regrets after my summer break finishes. So I'll tell you some of them. Hopefully you can get some ideas and inspiration for yourself. Firstly, like most people, I need to earn and save some money for next year because in the UK we get very little loan from student finance for our final year of medical school. Second, spending more time with family and friends, exercising more in nature and finally...
4:57 Exercising more, no. I can understand the first one, the second one, yes, great, family is everything essentially. But exercising in nature is good because you're in nature, but you could also just go for a walk in nature. Then again, what does she even mean by exercise? People don't even understand what the word exercise means nowadays. Exercise means when you exert your body, stress it, age it for no reason at all. You just do it because you have been brainwashed. to believe that it's healthy. Walking, hunting, all of that is not exercise. Obviously, she doesn't hunt, but if she would say that she's gonna go for a walk, for a hike, and then she would call that exercise, that would not actually be exercise in the English language. By definition, it is not exercise. If she would go for a run, a jog, then that would be exercise, which is when you age and stress your body for no reason. It's very unhealthy.
5:45 As a woman, you should of course be concerned about your fertility, but she's obviously not because she's a medical student and they usually study for around five years, which means that she's probably not planning to have children, even though at her age in nature, and I understand that we don't live in nature anymore, she would have around five children already i don't know how old she is exactly of course as far as her body is concerned it's completely irrelevant that she lives in brainwashed new york city her body is still the same natural being and it wants to reproduce a productive life would be a life full of reproduction yet she somehow believes that she will have a productive day we'll see what she does
[video] 6:38 Let's get our second breakfast of the day. I'm starving. They're open in six minutes, so I'm gonna wait around. Oh wait, someone just went in. I think they're open. Can I order it now? Can I get a chive cream cheese with roasted tomatoes, please, with everything baked or toasted? Just one. Yeah, thank you. Yes, please.
7:03 She looks incredibly exhausted. She had cereal for breakfast, which is one of the worst things you could possibly eat. It has no micronutrients whatsoever. And then she has a bagel with nothing. She just eats grains all day long. Really, it can't get any worse than this.
[video] 7:22 Taking their wedding pictures in front of the bridge. That's so cute.
7:31 it's kind of interesting she's a medical student she's completely wasting her life not saying that you can't learn anything useful as a medical student surgeons are kind of useful medical schools are financed by pharmaceutical companies in case you didn't know all that you learn there is how to give people drugs it's interesting that she was looking at the people getting married because obviously deep down all that she wants is to have a family. That's what humans naturally want, men and women.
[video] 8:02 I've got food, the aircon is on, life is perfect.
8:13 It's just a bunch of bread, basically 80%, some lettuce, full of pesticides again to make you infertile. It's also the grains, of course, that will make you infertile. And then somewhat mayonnaise, maybe, which is also made up of vegetable oils. It's completely plant-based. Maybe there was an egg inside. You could hope.
[video] 8:42 I'm going to meet friends later on, so I want to finish all my work beforehand so I can be stress-free afterwards.
8:47 I need to email hospitals in other countries and convince them to- Being in medical school is very stressful, which actually also adds to infertility.
[video] 9:05 Please don't let this 4 a.m. morning routine to influence you without any context. During the year I naturally wake up around 3 a.m. and go to sleep around 8 p.m. But in summer I want to stay out later and socialize more. Everyone's lifestyle and priorities.
9:20 It's fine to wake up early if you go to bed early, but sleeping seven hours, would that be enough for most people, especially if you're stressed already? I kind of doubt it.
[video] 9:32 Most schools and jobs start early in the morning. Summer breaks gives us a rare opportunity where we can encourage our own sleep schedule with hopefully less pressure from us.
9:41 Yes, we call that slavery. If you wake up to study or go to work, then you don't wake up when you want to, which is literally slavery. You live by the rules of other human beings.
[video] 9:55 Society.
9:58 Oh right, that was the whole video. I was actually expecting something to happen. It was supposed to be a productive day. What she did was eat absolute junk food, the worst possible food you could eat. She ate cereal, some bread, and that's about it. She didn't get over 15 micronutrients just like a vegan wouldn't get them, seeing as Even though she's probably not vegan, I assume, she just eats so terribly that she still doesn't even get the micronutrients that she should be getting. She should be eating a lot of animal fat, pop in some raw eggs. If you can find any good ones in New York, actually, you probably could. And she's probably not going to eat raw meat because she's super brainless. She goes to medical school. They probably would tell her that it's full of bacteria and who knows what. Then she watched some movies. What did she even do?
10:55 She went to the restaurant to eat even more garbage with her pale anemic friends. That's her life in New York City while studying medicine. That's a productive day. She got brainwashed in school and ate the worst possible food. That's it. That's a productive day. A productive day is when you produce a lot. What did you actually produce? The most productive thing a woman can produce is a human being. A baby. That's what you would do together with your male partner. Both of you produce offspring. Reproduction. That's naturally the most productive thing a human being can do. You're doing none of that. You didn't even do anything. I don't understand. how this was a productive day.
11:52 You will study, you will finish your studies, then you will probably work for many years. By that time you will be infertile because of all the stress from school, from work, you will probably start drinking coffee, maybe also start smoking, just like most of the people do who work in hospitals or whatever you will end up doing. And who knows if you will ever even be productive, naturally productive, the way a human being is supposed to be. Horrible. Thanks for watching.
